By placing an order with Mykaa Fashion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
Returns and refunds are subject to strict quality checks.
Customers are advised to review product details, size charts, and images carefully before placing an order.
Approval of any return or refund request is at the sole discretion of Mykaa Fashion.
2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
A product may be eligible for return or exchange only if all of the following conditions are met:
Request is raised within 7 days of order delivery
Product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
Original invoice or order confirmation is provided
Product passes internal quality inspection
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Innerwear, lingerie, or personal wear items
Custom-stitched, altered, or personalised clothing
Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers
Clearance or final-sale items
Products damaged due to customer misuse, washing, or wear
4. Size & Fit Disclaimer
Size charts are provided for reference only.
Fit may vary depending on design, fabric, and body type.
Incorrect size selection by the customer is not considered a defect.
Size exchanges may be allowed subject to availability and approval.
5. Refund Policy
No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances.
Approved refunds will be processed as:
Store credit, or
Original payment method (only if applicable and approved by the Company)
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for:
Size issues, or
Manufacturing defects (if verified)
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
If the exchanged product is of higher value, the difference must be paid by the customer.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
Do not use or wash the product
After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit at our discretion.

Once approved, return instructions will be shared. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
9. Pickup & Shipping of Returns
Reverse pickup may be arranged at the Company’s discretion.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund or borne by the customer unless the return is due to Company error.
10. Right to Reject Returns
Mykaa Fashion reserves the right to:
Reject any return or refund request that does not meet policy criteria
Modify or discontinue this policy without prior notice
Take final decisions on all return, refund, and exchange matters
All decisions made by Mykaa Fashion shall be final and binding.
