Mykaa Fashion currently delivers within India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery is subject to serviceability of the customer’s PIN code by our courier partners.

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Processing time may vary during peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated delivery timeline: 4–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to:

4. Shipping Charges

Tracking updates depend on courier partner systems and may take time to reflect.
7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to:

Customer unavailability
Refusal to accept delivery
The order may be returned to us. In such cases:
Re-shipping charges may apply, or
Refunds (if approved) will be processed after deducting shipping costs.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

If you receive a package that is damaged or appears tampered with:

Theft
Damage after delivery
